Saturday’s racing in the ISAF World Team Racing Championships in Schull Harbour began in light southwesterly winds which developed into a fresh northwesterly by late morning. Our commodore proudly announced at the weekend that the club championships date would change this year to take advantage of the very large tide at the end of October, and this years championships would be held over two days.

…..our own Cam “Mop Head” Douglas was in La Rochelle at the Laser Radial Youth Worlds.  Managing a very impressive 10th in the world out of 271 when considering the windage the aforementioned hair creates, even winning one race along the way.
