To make sure that no-one else can access your online entry form, you need to choose a username and get a password. This is done on the Register page. Choose an easily remembered username between 4 and 20 characters long, enter your email address and then click on the 'Register' button.

An account will be created for you on the system and a unique password will be emailed to the address you submitted. Check for an email from 'entry@wirralmerseyregattas.org.uk' containing the username you chose and the generated password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam filter - it may have decided the email was junk.

Go back to the Online Entry system and choose the Log in page where you can enter your username and password.

The Log in page is always your first port of call when you want to access your Online Entry form. Enter your username and the password from your registration email and then click 'Log in'.

Hint: copy the password from the email and paste it into the field on the Log in page.

If you want to change your password to something a bit more memorable, visit the Change password page. If you can't remember your password, go to the Forgot password page and the system will generate a new one for you.

Once you've logged in you can open the Entry form, where first of all you need to fill in the details about yourself and your boat.

Enter your details carefully because you won't be able to change them.

When you've submitted your entrant and boat details the form will let you choose which regattas to enter. You can enter any number and if you don't enter them all at first you can come back later and enter some more. Click on the tickbox to the right of each regatta you want to enter and then click on the 'Enter Selected Regattas' button.

An entry form for the regattas you've chosen will be generated and emailed to you. Please sign it and send it with the entry fees to the address on the form.

When the form and the full entry fees have been received by the Regattas secretary your entry will be authorised on the system and the online form will update to confirm this. Until that time the regattas you've applied to enter will be shown as 'Entry pending'.

The Entry lists page opens with a display of all of the entries for the series, both pending and confirmed. You can use the pull-down menu to filter the display to show the entries for individual regattas.
