Summer Ball, 4th July

The summer ball will be held on the 4th July. The evening will start at 7:30pm and the meal will be served at 8pm.
Entertainment will be provided by the Undercover Band. The tickets will be £25 and will be available from the 3rd June (the same day as the EGM) from the bar. Numbers are restricted so please buy them early to avoid disappointment.
Dress code for the evening will be black tie. The menu is available below, please make sure you indicate your preference and any special dietary requirements when you buy your ticket. Closing date for tickets is the 28th June. Continue reading

Dee Regatta Cocktail Party

On Saturday 20th June we will be holding the Dee SC regatta. Following the sailing and prizegiving we will be hosting a cocktail party that evening from 6pm until 9pm or later if there is interest.

There will be food available after sailing and canapés served in the evening as well as some fabulous alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. As well as entertainment from Ed Alexander who will be tinkling the ivories.

The event is open to all Dee SC members and regatta competitors.

Dress code is smart casual.

Quiz night

House and Social are having another fun quiz night on the 25th October 2013 at the club.  Start time 8.00 for 8.30pm

We have have a guest quiz master from the Basset Hound, entry fee will be £1.00 per person (children are welcome), a raffle will be held and the proceeds will go to the R N LI.

Summer Ball 2013

The winter has now gone  (hopefully) and  the summer is here, so why not book a place at our ever popular Black ~Tie Summer Ball on the 29th June 7.30 till late.  Tickets are £20 per  person for a four course meal plus entertainment provided by  Undercover acoustic trio.  Due to the popularity of the event we have to limit tickets to seventy places, so book early to avoid disappointment.  Tickets are available from the bar or on line.

         Menu

Starter- Pate, served with Melba Toast, chutney and salad garnish.

Main Course-Pork Loin served in a creamy mustard sauce with new potatoes and mediterranean  vegetables.

Vegetarian Option- Cranberry, Spinach and Chestnut Wellington with above vegetables.

Desert- Lemon tart served with raspberry coulis
