8:45am Arrival at Datchet Water Sailing Club

9:00am Welcome and introductions

9:15am Briefing from qualified catamaran coaches

9:30am Boat familiarisation. On shore demonstration of rigging, tacking, gybing,trapezing technique and capsize recovery.

10:30am Launch boats.Getting the feel of catamaran sailing with tacking and gybing exercises.

1:00pm Lunch in the clubhouse (available to purchase or bring own packed lunch)1:30pm Short briefing about afternoon’s activities.

2:00pm Back on the water for the challenge!A series of short races

.3:30pm Ashore and de-rig boats. Shower and change.

4:30pm De-briefing from the coaches and next steps

5:00pm Prize giving, final words and Q&A session

5:30pm Close and departure
